- Payment data — If you purchase credits, payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number.

- Usage data — Pages visited, features used, timestamps, referral URLs, UTM parameters, and general interaction patterns.
- Device data — Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and language preference.
- IP address and location — We derive approximate country-level location from your IP address for analytics and service optimization. We do not perform precise geolocation.
- Cookies — We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- Build, preview and export your invoices as PDF — this runs entirely in your browser.
- Manage your account and credit balance.
- Send transactional emails related to your account (e.g., purchase confirmations).

- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
3. AI-Generated Content
Invoiceize does not use AI to create your invoices, and the invoice content you type is not sent to us or to any AI model provider. These providers may process your prompts
in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal account information with AI providers — only the
content necessary to fulfill your request.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
- Service providers — Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, email delivery),
Stripe / Creem / PayPal (payment processing),
no AI or language-model providers,
Google Fonts (typefaces loaded by your browser),
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (anonymous usage analytics).
- Legal obligations — When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- Business transfers — In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Invoice drafts and your Brand Kit live only in your browser until you delete them or clear your browser data; we cannot see, recover or restore them.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS),
secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
